We Provide a Safe and Entertaining Venue for Everyone
The following provides an outline of our basic rules. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Rules
- SOCKS ONLY. NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PLAY AREAS.
- Play Palooza is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any injuries.
- For safety, we have cameras installed around the building.
- No strollers allowed.
- No in and out privileges.
- Birthday parties must be reserved in advance.
- We reserve the right to deny entry or ask you to leave if the equipment is being damaged or if children/adults are being unsafe and disrespectful or not following the rules.
- Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times.
- No food, drinks, or gum allowed in the play area.
- We do not allow any group, big or small, to have a birthday party without making a reservation at our facility.
