Play Palooza Membership Rules & Policies
1. Membership Access & Usage
- Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered child.
- Â A valid photo ID may be required for verification.
- Membership grants unlimited playtime during operating hours (subject to capacity limits).
- Reservations are not required, but entry is first-come, first-served when at max capacity.
- Play sessions may be limited to 2 hours during peak times to allow fair access.
2. Adult Supervision & Safety
- A parent or guardian (18+) must supervise children at all times inside the play area.
- One adult is included per membership; additional adults pay a small entry fee ($5).
- Socks are mandatory for both kids and adults—no bare feet or shoes allowed in play areas.
- Children must follow age-appropriate play rules—no roughhousing or climbing on structures unsafely.
3. Health & Hygiene
- If a child is sick or showing symptoms of illness, they must stay home.
- Play Palooza maintains high sanitation standards—please encourage handwashing before and after play.
- Members must report any spills or accidents immediately to staff.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Memberships are billed monthly or quarterly and are non-refundable once charged.
- Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month for medical reasons (doctor’s note required).
5. Behavior & Conduct
- Play Palooza is a family-friendly environment—respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s actions and must follow all staff instructions.
6. Special Events & Blackout Dates
- Memberships do not include access to private events, birthday parties, or special ticketed events.
- On special event days or holidays, a small surcharge may apply for additional activities.
7. Liability Waiver
- By purchasing a membership, parents/guardians agree to sign a liability waiver releasing Play Palooza from any injuries sustained during play.
