Rates

Week 1 (4-day week): $264

Regular Weekly Rate: $330

Full Summer (9 weeks): $2,704 (Save $200)

Extended Care: $50/week (8:00–9:00 AM & 4:00–5:00 PM)

Sibling Discount: 10% off second child, 15% off third and beyond

Registration & Payment

$200 non-refundable deposit required to secure a spot

Full payment due by June 15, 2025

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel before June 1: 50% refund (minus deposit)

Cancel after June 15: No refunds (unless with medical note)

Missed days are not refunded, but may be credited

Late pick-up: $10 per 10 minutes after 4:00 PM

Licensing & Safety

Play Palooza operates as a recreational day camp under Ontario guidelines.

We are not a licensed childcare provider but maintain low staff-to-child ratios

All staff are CPR/First Aid certified and have completed background checks
